Westfield Introduces Just in Time Appointing (JIT)

What’s Changing?

Under JIT, producers will only be appointed in underwriting companies when they write new policies.

What Does This Mean for You?

• Starting this month, we will begin terminating producers who have been inactive within an underwriting company. This will occur on a state appointment renewal schedule, and termination notices will be sent to impacted producers. 
• Producers can continue writing new business without interruption—there’s no action required on your end.
• System access will not change. All platforms and workflows will remain as they are.
• Efficient appointments, only when necessary, without delays.
