Important: Scheduled Data Center Outage Nov. 8-10

We’d like to inform you about a scheduled data center outage taking place from Friday, Nov. 8 at 8:30 p.m. EST to Sunday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. EST.  

During this time, most of our primary systems will be temporarily unavailable. To prevent any data loss, please avoid using our systems within this outage window. 

The following systems will be temporarily inaccessible during this time:

  • All 5.3 lines of business 
  • Agents Web Passport 
  • MyCustomerCare 
  • WesCom: Commercial Lines, eSurety, Farm, and Personal Lines 
  • Small Business: Agent Portal, Policy, Billing 
  • Billing & Payments 
  • Claims Processing (ClaimCenter) 
  • Claims Inquiry 
  • MyWestfield 

Customers can still call to report claims at 800.243.0210, option 3.
