We are excited to share that you now have the ability to reset and change your passwords without needing to contact the Agency Help Desk! This new self-service functionality is an important step in enhancing your experience and streamlining operational efficiency.



What this means:

  • Improved user experience for agents: Previously, it was required to call in to Agency Help, Customer Care, or a business unit to reset your password. Now, you are able to reset expired passwords and unlock your account if locked due to incorrect password attempts—without waiting for assistance.
  • Fewer calls to customer service: Each of these calls took an average of 6 minutes to resolve. With the new self-service capability, the power of password resetting is in your hands and can be done at your convenience.
