Key Westfield Updates & Information

Stay in the know with these updates from Westfield Personal Lines!

WesCom Updates

Beginning the week of January 26, new dwelling/fire policies are limited to one location per policy. For in force policies, if there are multiple locations currently on the policy, coverage will continue as is; however, new locations/changes of location will require a new policy and application submission. Making this change enables Westfield to implement future product changes including support of the Verisk replacement cost calculator.

Additional Changes

Effective immediately, we are discontinuing accepting new business for secondary/seasonal properties in Wisconsin. While any decision to discontinue business is a difficult one, the limited number of in force policies required manual rating and issuance and led to non-typical processing and service delays.

Non-renewals for in force policies will begin with May 2025 expiration dates. If your agency has impacted policies, we will be reaching out to you separately.
