You can report all personal auto claims from your MyWestfield® account, unless you were injured as a pedestrian.

If the only damage is to your windshield or a car window, you can submit an auto glass claim online or call Westfield Glass Service at 800.810.3665.

Please have your policy number, date of the incident, and vehicle identification number ready.

Please have the following information ready when you call, so our team can better assist you:

  • Your policy number
  • The police report or report number, if applicable
  • A brief description of the incident
  • Contact details for any other parties involved, if available

If you have Westfield Roadside Assistance but contacted a service provider on your own and paid them directly, you can submit a reimbursement request.
