Frank Carrino serves as Board Secretary and Special Counsel. He is responsible for corporate governance and select legal counsel for Westfield. Immediately prior to 2024, he served as Chief Legal Officer for the enterprise for twenty years. Before joining Westfield, Frank served in various leadership positions with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young.

He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Akron, Juris Doctor from the University of Akron Law School and Master of Laws from Capital University Law School. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1987. Carrino also served as an adjunct professor of law at Capital University Law School.

Frank is Secretary of the Ohio Farmers Insurance Company Board of Directors and also serves on the boards of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce (immediate past Chair), Team NEO, SummaCare Health Insurance Co. and Chairs the Board of Middlebury Assurance Company, a Summa Health professional liability affiliate. He is also President of Westfield Insurance Foundation.
