Joe assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Westfield in 2011. In this role, Joe is responsible for the finance, accounting, corporate planning, risk management, procurement and investment functions at Westfield. As a member of Westfield’s senior leadership team, Joe is engaged in corporate leadership activities such as corporate strategy development, capital allocation, enterprise risk management, human capital planning and enterprise capability planning and execution.

Joe joined Westfield in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Westfield Bank, a subsidiary of Westfield. Prior to joining Westfield, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held group of manufacturing companies based in Akron, Ohio and was the Assistant Corporate Controller at Austin Powder Company. Joe began his career as an auditor in the Cleveland Office of Ernst & Young LLP.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and graduated from the University of Chicago Booth’s Advanced Management Program in 2012. Joe is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.

Joe currently serves as the Chair of PCI’s Federal Regulation and Global Convergence Committee, on the Executive Committee of the Medina County Economic Development Corporation, the Advisory Council for The University of Akron College of Business Administration, the EY Northeast Ohio Alumni Council, and as the President of the Highland Athletic Facilities Association. Joe is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Cleveland and a 2006 graduate of Leadership Medina County.

Joe resides in Sharon Township, Ohio with his wife Calli and their four children.
