Jack Kuhn
Jack Kuhn, President of Westfield Specialty, leads the company in its continued rapid growth. In 2022, the first year of Westfield Specialty, the company wrote nearly $300 million in the U.S. By the end of 2024, Westfield Specialty is expected to surpass $1.6 billion in gross written premium (GWP).
Jack joined Westfield, a 176-year-old mutual insurance company, in July of 2021 and established its presence in the specialty market. Westfield Specialty launched and evolved internationally with the acquisition of the Lloyd’s of London Syndicate 1200 in February 2023, successfully integrating its operations and expanding its global reach.

Jack’s 38-year career in insurance began with Chubb, where he ultimately served as Chief Underwriting Officer at Chubb Specialty. Throughout his career, Jack has built and led specialty insurance operations in the United States and internationally. His executive leadership roles have included CEO of insurance, CEO of global insurance, and Chief Underwriting Officer for both insurance and reinsurance. His strategic initiatives and leadership have consistently driven growth and innovation in the specialty insurance sector.
