Personal Coverage

A neighborhood child strayed into my yard recently. She couldn't resist taking a ride on our garden swing. It had been awhile since I sat on the swing, and I didn't realize that the chain had become rusty. The chain broke, and the child fell and was injured, and the parents have incurred medical and dental bills for her. I'm concerned that I may not have had the right type of coverage on my homeowner's policy; I wish I would have called my agent and reviewed our policy, instead of just paying the bill. What if my neighbor sues me?
